Throughout the project, a variety of community outreach events will be held to solicit input about community values, key issues, opportunities, and goals. There will be three distinct phases of community outreach:

  • Phase 1 (June – September 2016) focused on gathering information about your vision for the bike and pedestrian network in Arapahoe County and gaining a better understanding of community values and desires. A summary of this phase’s public involvement efforts can be found here.
  • Phase 2 (October 2016 – January 2017) will offer opportunities for you to provide specific input on problem areas and missing connections and share your ideas about where improved facilities should go.
  • Phase 3 (February – June 2017) will allow for your input on a draft network of bicycle and pedestrian facilities and priorities for implementation.
